About the role

As an SDR at Webhouse, you'll own the top of our sales pipeline. You'll run targeted outbound into Australian SMBs whose growth ambition is outrunning their software, book qualified discovery calls for our Sales Directors, and learn the full sales motion from a founder who has done it before.

What you'll do

  • Run targeted outbound campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and phone into our ICP of $5m to $20m AU SMBs.
  • Research target accounts, identify the right decision makers, and craft account-specific outreach that actually lands.
  • Book qualified discovery calls for our Sales Directors and the founder, hitting a clear weekly meeting target.
  • Manage your pipeline cleanly in our CRM and keep notes, sequences, and follow-ups tight.
  • Test and iterate messaging weekly: hooks, subject lines, and value propositions across different industries.
  • Work closely with marketing and content to feed back what's resonating with the market.

What we're looking for

  • 1 to 3 years of outbound SDR or BDR experience selling B2B software, services, or technology in Australia.
  • Proven track record consistently hitting outbound meeting and qualified-opportunity quotas.
  • Strong written communication: you can write a cold email that gets opened, read, and replied to.
  • Comfortable on the phone and confident objection-handling with senior operators.
  • Hungry, coachable, and competitive: you want to be a closer and you're here to learn the craft.
  • Permanent right to work in Australia and able to attend the Parramatta office two to three days per week.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling into Australian SMBs across construction, healthcare, retail, or professional services.
  • Familiarity with modern sales tooling: HubSpot, Apollo, Instantly, Clay, or similar.
  • Background in content creation, podcasting, or building a personal brand on LinkedIn.
