The challenge
Quoting scaffold configurations is genuinely complex: many components, bays, and levels priced per job, so quotes leaned on the sales team's time and pricing lived in more than one place.
The business wanted customers to be able to price and buy scaffold online, without the quality of the quote dropping.
The approach
We built a website quoting calculator that produces a professional PDF quote with an accurate, to-scale 3D drawing of the scaffold, an edge protection calculator, and an internal freight calculator for the sales team.
Behind all three sits one central pricing platform: a single editable price list with role-based logins, so every tool quotes from the same source of truth.
The result
The quoting calculator went live on their website and made its first sale within hours of launch.
The sales team now quotes from one source of truth, and more than 50 refinements shipped across the tools in the first six weeks as the team put them to work.
