Star Property Maintenance engaged us to create their own operations platform: job management, scheduling, compliance and field apps in one system, owned by them.
The challenge
Star runs facility and grounds maintenance across many sites, where a single client order can span dozens of recurring service actions at different frequencies, which off-the-shelf job tools handle badly.
The team was working across several disconnected tools, with information moved between them by hand.
The approach
We started onsite, mapping the operation end to end with their team: order in, scheduling, delivery, compliance, invoicing.
The first milestone is a clickable prototype of the whole system, iterated with their team before development, then a staged build on their own cloud, owned by them from day one.

Phase 1, covering job management and compliance with field apps for crews, is underway.
